Even though operating hours are clearly listed we have been turned away at the door on multiple occasions (tonight being the 4th such occasion) by staff saying they are closing for the night, in each case this was up to an hour earlier than the indicated time. The staff / manager seems to operate the branch at their own whim.

R380-R400 purchase – and not the first occasion where this has happened, and now I will verbalise my disgust. Food “swapped”out on the order. I ordered large box meal with the rest of my order – and when I arrived at my destination I found a wrap instead of the box meal. They always choose the most expensive item to “swap”. While waiting at the collections window – some guy inside over seeing the employees standing picking his nose looking right at me. GROSS place.

Ask for dunked wings – the 3rd time i ordered it and evertime it is dry, not dunked, there is NO sauce, dry chicken and the pieces soooo small, will NEVER go to this KFC!
