I am sure they try to better their ratings by not letting one stop on the sensor right in front of the window as it triggers a timer. It seems to their boss like they are working like lightning but actually we stand in line waiting for our orders for extended periods of time…

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was at this KFC earlier, just trying to order a quick Saturday dinner. However, this quick Saturday dinner order turned into something unexpected. The staff did not make use of the intercom system; instead, two staff members stood outside, one just before the intercom and one just before the window. The lady who took my order was more than just quite rude. I had a list on my phone of what I wanted to order. Moreover, while I was reading it to her, she took my phone to read for herself and was full of comments (at least I got my phone back). When I finished ordering, she told me to wait and not move. However, there was a car behind me, which logically meant I had to move a bit forward. Take note, there was no one in front of me. All of a sudden, she came to my window and shouted at me, ‘I told you not to move, why don’t you listen!’ Therefore, I stopped, and then she yelled at me again to go to the other lady. When I got my food, it was cold, and some of it was definitely old. My sprinkle pops did not only contain pops but also random fries in between. The chicken was not fresh as it had a rubber-like texture. They also forgot to give me the sprinkle pops spice. This KFC is one I will NEVER visit again, as I cannot stand the fact that its employees treat you like you are nothing.
