I do not recommend , first the service is slow and second they do not take accountability . They sold me Sony headphones that within the validity period got a damage ( after explaining to them how they just clicked off my ears and broke) and they refused to even take them back to the supplier to access but rather told me to get the never version . What makes you think I would even buy from you again ? after you even failed to assist with a fault of a product I bought from you oh wait and this is after I was waiting for about 20 – 30 minutes already . Actually as I was waiting at tech support I thought let me check the reviews and I wasn’t surprised neither I’m I surprised with the service I received but I’m writing this to serve other million people disappointments . NB : before you reply me with the generic message saying sorry I should contact you so you assist , rather not cause you could have helped me when I was there
