Came to Game at 2 minutes before closing time (7pm) the security lady closed the doors on us. I even showed her the time and she told us they close doors 5 minutes before 7pm which doesn’t make sense because we came a long distance knowing that the shop closes at 7pm only to be turned away at the door before closing time. This is totally unacceptable for a big shop like Game

Please change your time to 18:55 I was coming from far and I got there at 18:56 and they refused to open and the lady was security lady by the door was ignoring us packing her bag. In other Game stores we enter till the last minute

Thanks to the lady who was sooo harsh to me because I still don’t have my pic for the Senior Discount Card. MANAGEMENT why do you tell Cashiers not to help us if we dnt have Game Senior Cards with our pics? One time I went to Game Centurion with my pic thay didnt have cards. Is it my problem now?

To be honest , I have shoped at this game for years. Every year it seems that the service goes out backwards . Today I went to go and buy a few things … while I was paying for my products , the cashier asked me to purchase a glass bottle for her and no it was not a joke . So I bought the bottle for her because i am a nice person and always help those in need , but that was to much of the cashier. I will take my money somewhere else. The lack of service, asked questions from the cashiers is the reason.
