The food is never fresh!!! Placed an order for food and no spice, paid for items that was not delivered. Phone the shop and I can actually hear the Manager says she does care!!!! Absolutely disguss in this place. Their food and service. Pathetic!!!!! Useless!!!!

The food is never fresh!!! Placed an order for food and no spice, paid for items that was not delivered. Phone the shop and I can actually hear the Manager says she does care!!!! Absolutely disguss in this place. Their food and service. Pathetic!!!!! Useless!!!!

The employees and their service is good. I was not impressed by the way the owner /manager was insulting the hard working staff members in front of us as customers. He is very rude. The food is delicious and clean but unhappy staff means you are doing something wrong. I still feel he can do better. I repeat. He is rude and in front of customers, That’s a no! no!

Edit. To the owner. Thank you for making contact. I wish I wasn’t forced to give one star. We went to this place for the first time today, whe wanted to ask about the menu, the guy walking around at the back said we should ask the girl at the till. Okay, now since our arrival the girl was just lying half on the counter, (not even greeting the guests arriving) and popping pimples on her arms, when we asked about the menu, she was even yawning without her hand in front of her mouth while talking to us, the customers, just there and then we decided to go and get KFC. The service from the start was awful. This was the first and last time this place have seen us, will not even recommend his place to anyone, the people is unhygienic and has no people skill, maybe they need real training. I served a lot of people, this is not how you do it.

What a shame, it seems these guys made enough money now… specially drove to them to buy burgers…staff are cursing inside the shop… they are extremly unprofesional…the food was HORRIBLE I gave my food to the dog….who also refused it…close down the entire franchise please… There are no more good ones left…you will not be seeing me again… and I will most definitely NOT RECOMMEND ANY fat cake city !

Just Bought Bunny chow Vetkoek from them, a large and a medium… the worst ever… ate and tasted like the food was sour or poured full of Vinegar. The front staff was ok but really you pay so much for food you would expect better, seems to me this is just how the food is there… hope I don’t get sick from what I ate … threw the rest away…. dissatisfied.
