Bad service I ordered telephonically 15h00 when I got there to pick it up about 16h30 they said they couldnt make it yet they dont have flower. How on earth can you not have flower if its your main ingredien. Then after waiting almost an hour I got the fat cakes it was so flat you couldnt cut it open to put in your own mince or what ever it looked like pan cakes. I will never buy from High velds fat cake city was so discussted

Service is going down very bad these days. Second time that one asks for more cheese sauce on the crunchy chicken and they put other sauces. Then they rectify it by scraping the stuff off and frying it again that makes it more oily and dry. This is very bad service. Then I get told they started putting 2 different sauces on then it should be changed and indicated.

It’s getting scary to use a bank card. It is the 3rd time now getting a debit of a transaction that says purchase posted late, ” No action needed from you” The latest one is a double transaction debit that I woke up to at 03h10 telling me transaction date 03/11/23 posting date 03/11/23. I need my money back you can’t inconvenience your customers like that. Your card machine is not safe at all. I use my card most places that I consider safe and being a 3rd time experiencing this with Fat Cake I now have serious doubts. A double transaction moreover of something that never took place?
