As always Fat Cake City Wingtip disappoints, After trying 12 times to get thru to your shop. The most rude lady answered the phone and couldn’t be less bothered to help halfway thru placing my order she hung up. when I managed to get back thru to her she reckoned that she got the order. firstly I wasn’t done talking she never asked for who it is or gave me an order number. Pathetic service to say the least. For some or other reason it seams like every Fat cake City is trying to be more pathetic then the next.
Super disgusted with Fat Cake City, oh and there’s never a manager to talk to.
