A month ago I wrote a review using my personal email with account name Mpho Ngwenya on a chocolate cake that was purchased from the Woolworths cafe in centurion, the store “owner” responded with an email address I emailed the provided email and I received the worst customer service, they wasted my time because the staff don’t even know what products they sell Milani Ngazelwa asked me irrelevant questions regarding the cake even after I shared all information with her she seemed to not be aware that Woolworths has a cafe that sells fresh cakes. I then received an email from Samantha Petersen saying she will send a voucher via sms to my number I didn’t receive anything…two weeks later Aphiwe Bontsi responds to my email saying that the sms will be sent I still didn’t receive anything until I figured out that this done in pretence to seem as if customer concerns are noted down but all that was done was my time was wasted instead of investigating Woolworths is still selling stale cake slices I’m disappointed to say the least and will not be shopping at that store again.
