The parking is horrible. Aside from ppl randomly backing up there are the park guards juming around and making everything even worse. It takes longer to find parking than it is to do anything you would like to do at Willows Crossing

For many years this favourite shopping centre just across the street was our go to place for our every need. Now centre management has decided that all under cover parking is for tenants only. While we are glad that management are caring for their tenants, customers are left out to park in the sun, while more than half of the undercover parking goes unused. Does not make business sense. I understand that tenants have to pay for the undercover parking since it was closed for public use. If they should park outside in the public parking area, they are fined a R250. Why can’t parking be allocated to tenants and the rest of the parking be available to customers. In February 2023 we also emailed the owners about the parking situation, no response from them. That is just another indication they don’t care about customers. It is just about money for them. No wonder the shops are leaving. 28 April 2023, it seems the public can use the under cover parking again. I only noticed it’s availability over the past two weekends as I have stopped visiting this center during the week due to the parking issue as another mall close by have free undercover parking for 1 hour with a new supermarket chain. I also notice the maintenance of the overall tar parking area. Thank you owner/s for the change of heart. Just wondering if it may not be to little to late as some customers, like me, have chosen to visit the other mall close buy as I have mentioned. 14 October 2023, the undercover parking area has been tranformed from a dirty no-entry zone to a welcoming, clean environment where you can park your car in safety. Well done management for the upgrade around the centre the past few weeks. Potholes repaired, sidewalks are cleaned, we notice.
