Just had the worst experience at the wespak wonderpark store. Felt completely discriminated against. The floor staff were quite friendly in helping find what I needed. The floor staff found the items in a white container mixed with lots of other goods. Obviously open packets of different stuff just thrown into containers. But ok. I then provided with floor staff to cash desk to sort out the harrowing mess and to purchase the items. Thinking to myself they should be happy to get rid of the redundant stock. One packets was 12 items short so we called then manager .Who took his time, I explained that one packet was short and asked for discount. He talked to the staff then said he going to help someone and come back. He then came back and we asked him for discount on his return and he asked how many packets . I explained only one is short 12 items. He then walked away. Take note I have already been in store for 30 minutes already. I asked staff for Stapler and stapled packets closed that we had just packed. Ask the cashier to ring it all up. Once again staff tried to call manager, it had been another 10 minutes now. Finally he comes and I am quite upset now and ask him why did he take so long after I asked for discount. KATHU proceeded to argue with me and say he was on the phone and busy with another customer. To be honest, I do not believe to be the case, even the staff demeanor said the same. No apology for keeping me waiting so long. Kathu then told me he is going to go check , only to watch him stand at the balloon counter and explain to the other lady his irritation with me. No checking wherever he was going to check the discount so I left my whole purchase of items and walked out. Today I feel that every business ( including mine) needs every cent they can get and the only way to stand out is customer service. I will never return to that store. I do catering so I shop quite alot. Glassware, dishes, plastic etc. Not sorry at all . I hope the owner takes the time to check on all the white containers on the top shelves with all the mixed stock there that is a complete waste and stock loss. And takes care of his / her future customers. I will make sure to relate my experience with anyone to listen.
