I enjoyed myself but SK needs to improve their system because they don’t take cash nor do they tap, and that day we didn’t have our card so we had to ask something to pay for us. Rather than that it is a good and chilled place to hangout.

Parking bays are awkward for larger vehicles. Due to some of the lights in the walkways not working, there’s a general feeling of being unsafe. Structural maintenance is lacking and quite evident. Some key tenants have since left the center.
It would be interesting to find out what has happened to this once-buzzing mall, which was, not so long ago, a go-to place for the young adult market. As things stand, Sterland Mall will make a good case study for Property, Retail, and Facilities Management studies.

The parking is not safe, I regret visiting and will probably never visit again.
When I got outside my car window was broken and there was nothing they could do and there is no CCTV, I don’t actually think it even deserves that 1 star!
