Not all staff are very friendly,I came yesterday to buy food,incorrect order was given to me,instead of getting help,one of the cashier was very disrespectful and shouting at me with rudely manner,she was very unprofessional infront of the supervisor and she was not even calling her into order,I took the video of her while she was shouting on and on infront of of other customers!I would like to take the matter forward as she should know when to practice her customer service,that was embarrassing,I even returned everything back because she was opening the food and showing them to me as if i was at the wrong side!I would like to ask OK Manager to take the matter very serious,I will really spread the word till I get and appology!The manner was very unprofessional and very rude!I shop there almost everyday,but now I feel it is not a place for anyone to do grocerie there! Rather shop at Madeira OK .Danville Residence!Very angry customer!
