Worst experience literally, I bought the BBQ chicken wrap pizza thing… it was raw on the inside. I took it back got another one it was raw again and I was told that it was the sauce inside making it soggy, soggy doesn’t mean I can take my finger and scrape dough out which is sticky. The manage is unprofessional he took the package and threw out on top of the ovens and didn’t even apologize for any inconvenience as well. Being in the Hospitality industry for 8 years I know customer sevice is key and he didn’t show any interest in that at all including the cashier who I told my situation and she gave attitude.
If we your customers can give trust in your brand as to buy an item, Atleats in return the manager or staff can have an ounce of customer service skills and apologize for delays and wrong orders especially raw dough. I called the manager to have a word with him although the cashiers spoke for him, utterly disappointed guys.
Customer service is key, front of house is your brand ambassadors as they are our first encounters of how the experience will be.
