My visit at PPS Centurion Square was a pleasant experience because the Lady attending to my query was very patient and understanding even though she did explain that walk-ins were not allowed. Nevertheless, at the end of the day she managed to assist me with my RFMCF enquiries and was very patient to explain procedures with accounts, claims and queries, how things work, etc. NB. I commend her attitude as Frontline Staff Member and her patience because this is very important for Organisation’s PR and assistance to Members.
