Terrible service from Pentravel Menlyn. A customer to them is just a number don’t want to go and extra mile to make a customer happy. If you ask to many questions Maggie get very irritated. Sorry to say but because off that we will never travel with Pentravel anymore.

I requested for an invoice for a cruise in Durban. Michelle assisted and I made payment only to find out that although the itinerary stated a cruise to Durban – it’s actually heading to CapeTown which I found out from the MSC Cruise line. I’ve requested for a refund and was told it would take 90 days. I think that is unacceptable as it was no fault of mine that they made an error. I spoke to Elmien Viljoen the branch manager and disappointment is what I felt. Yes she is trying her best but that provided no comfort. Fix the problem and tell me how you going to rectify the error caused by your team. Take ownership!
