Waited for chips over an hour , super weak management – he handled it poorly and requires training ! Some Staff are beyond rude . Definitely need customer service training.

For the first time in my life, I have been rating a store without even eating there.
After leaving the store, i made a phone call to the owner, who was kindly explaining the SOP of the franchise, I totally understand why the staff, from cashier to supervisor, to manager, refused me on what I wanted.
But this does not give them the right to talk to me how they want, and having a stinking attitude.
