The worst experience ever. What was supposed to be a family lunch ,turned out to be a nightmare. Waited almost an hour for our main meal, received the incorrect starter , when our main meal arrived it was cold . Had to ask for rolls We left without completing our meal Our little one left upset .. So I would probably receive a copy and paste response and nothing will change, but it is very frustrating when you pay so much for a meal and get such a poor experience. I really wonder if the franchise owner spends time at his store to know what is going on or will the Irene management atleast have a system in place to address these issues with their tenants because poor service , poor experiences will drive business away .
