I used to go to the store in Menlyn until the Brooklyn branch’s recent relocation/renovation. Now Brooklyn has become my favourite Mr Price Home outlet, wouldn’t go anywhere else. It has a massive range of products and the store layout is fantastic.

Soo…quick rundown…my daughter goes too your store (with a specific shopping list) …2 bar/kitchen chairs (R1600 each) plus a few storage items…total cost R3800. Takes your staff 46 minutes too fetch the chairs from the storeroom, whilst trying too peddle the display/demo chair too her? Soo buying like 4/5 items took over an hour? Where is the customer service? Why do the staff have a “relaxed” nonchalant attitude? As if they doing the customers a “major inconvenient effort” Unless the storeroom/back area is situated off site…how can it take 46 minutes? Is this your customer service?
