Their service is not what it used to be. If you need help, you must literally walk around, seeking for someone to help. When you find someone, they talk more to each other than they would attend to you as client. Asking them about certain materials, they won’t even have a look around to see if they can find something, they will just immediately say, no we don’t have it or I don’t know. Where did the expertise go? The times when they would suggest something similar or better? Disappointing… The only reason for 3 stars and not less, is because I found the material I was looking for despite the fact they allegedly did not have it…
