I struggled with lower back problems since my pregnancy, and due to the fact that I spend long hours at my desk. I did two hikes over the long weekend of June 16 totaling 30km, and before I consulted with her my back would have been in pain, this really affected the quality of my life because the only thing I wanted to do was lay down after work. I had no interest in sitting at the dinner table with my family because it hurt. I have seen her for very few sessions but the change has been drastic. I am feeling no pain at any point, I am able to do my chores, play with my kids and spend time with my family without whining about my sore back. I am definitely going to go back for just a general wellness consultation once in a while. We also spoke about a lot of other things other than my sore back, which made me feel as though she actually had time for me. Thank you for your kind service.

The saying goes “No pain, no gain.” For me this was not just a quote. It became a part of my daily life. Chronic back pain WAS my life for years. If there was a moment in a day that I was not in pain then I would have believed that I was dead. Thanks to the knowledge, methods, confidence and continuous efforts of Dr Theonette Joubert, I am now able to, under her miracle working methods lead a normal life. Yes, I still have some pain – that is a part of my life as I was born with a hunched back combined with a huge amount of daily STRESS but my pain is less frequent now and much more manageable thanks to her. I would recommend her to any person who like me, lived a life of pain before I met her. I was VERY ill for two and a half months with a horrible bacterial infection. No amount of different antibiotics were able to make any difference. I landed in hospital after I vomited and had diarrhea for 11 days straight. I totally de-hydrated and when I was released from hospital, the doctor said to me….all you have to do now is get your immunity strong again…..my question was HOW…. as I could not even keep a sip of water down???? My friend suggested I see Theonette from Lifespine Chiropractic. My first thought was, but there is nothing wrong with my back, why will I see a chiropractor? Well, I was pleasantly surprised with Theonette as she referred me to the right person who gave me homeopathic injections to boost my immunity as well as anti-inflammatory injections . At that stage I was so weak and could barely stand and walk, that I would have tried anything. Theonette actually LISTENED to me and referred me accordingly. Her advice was spot on! Theonette is not “in it for the money”, she really cares about EVERY patient of hers. She an amazing chiropractor (she started treating my daughter’s back as well) and after 3 weeks my daughter asked me yesterday 07/02/2023 ….am I dead? ….as for the first time in MANY years my daughter had no pain in her back. As we all know a bad back is never a quick fix, but PLEASE allow Theonette to listen to you and give you the treatment YOU deserve!!! There is NO reason to be in pain.

Dr.Theonette has helped us through my wife’s pregnancies with all the aches and pains. She has helped our first boy at the age of only a week with colic and severe GI discomfort. After we saw her, our son slept through the night for the first time!! This alone made her our hero! Our second son has a muscle condition. He is severely hypotonic (low muscle tone). She has been treating him weekly since the age of 4.5months. She is an absolutely AMAZING pediatric chiro! We have seen SO many specialists with our boy, and she is one of the few who is really making an immense difference!
