Good food but there is always someone begging at the door. Bad atmosphere and seems like no management.

Worst service I have seen in years.
I ordered via phone call, to ensure my food will be done in time. I had a meeting and wanted to eat before hand.
They said 20 mins, which gave me 30 mins to spare, needless to say after I paid the order in store and 50 mins after I ordered my food wasn’t ready. Already late for my meeting, I walked to the cashier and asked for a refund which was a whole new hassle.
Needless to say.
It is a shame that decent food gets paired with garbage service.
Definitely lost a loyal customer today.

Very unsafe at the restaurant itself. We experienced an attempted theft inside the restaurant with a get away car. After the incident happened, none of the employees even asked if we were okay, they just continued to make the food. When i asked if they were going to phone the police (or even do anything) they said no because “these types of incidents happens every day inside the shopping centre”. Not even management was willing to assist us or do anything to ensure our safety or to ensure that we or our belongings are okay.

Their Chinese food is reasonable, but stay as far as possible away from their hideously expensive sushi platters. For more than R400, it’s complete rip-off, with cheaper little sushi pieces without fish as part of the platter, and only a pitiful few, cheap pieces for each family member who shared the platter. We literally ate chips and bread after this utter rip-off just to feel full. If you go there, order Chinese dishes, which are reasonable, but stay away from the sushi. Just not worth it.
