I purchased a bed on Saturday, they told me they gonna deliver on Monday & I had to call them to check how far, they didn’t notice that they have to deliver. They phoned me back that they will deliver after 5pm but no one contacted me even now I’m still waiting. The office line they don’t answer my call and the shops is still open

I wish I had an option to choose a negative star rating.Do not support house and home Menlyn mall. Absolutely ridiculous service and poor people skills. I bought an fridge more than a month ago that is defective, after many visits to the store and multiple emails theand I’m still struggling to get an replacement.

I would really like to thank Ivy for her great service. When we entered the shop she immediately assisted us and her communication and level of service was great until the deal was closed. Delivery took place earlier than what we were told. Thank you so much.

Awful customer service. One of their staff calls me and tells me that my washing machine is in store and ready for collection. I call back to confirm that it is their before I get in my car. They cannot find my order that I already paid for. One staff member tells me that they close at 2pm on a Sunday, another one tells me at 3pm. Website says 5pm. I had two staff members put down on me while I was waiting for them to look on their system for my order. I will never buy from them again.
