This is the worst experience I’ve ever had i bought a air cooler on the 15th January 2023 and took it back on the 28th January it wasn’t working properly and they refused a refund they said they wil fix it an update me still nothingbif you call they dont lnow were how or anything if i explain they said ohyes ill get update and call you back and they dont if i do get them on the line its sorry phones are broken and till today 16 February 2023 no update no cooler and they still have my R2699 that i paid and nothing is happening all customers must be aware of this
