We bought 6 suitcases in total from this store over the years. 2 months ago we took 3 suitcases in to be fixed. We were promised a 3-4 week turnaround time and in this past month we took 2 more. We haven’t heard anything back yet and today went to the store to hear whats up. Our suitcases were still in the back of the shop and hasn’t had anything done to them or even been sent away. We were then told that it’s the previous managers fault, basically that she lied to us about duration but that we also won’t be able to get part for the wheels anyways. We thought that if we buy something a bit more expensive from a specialized store, we would get better customer service than if we had at Game, but I am sad to say be warned if you are considering to buy Travelite or from this store. We want to fix it rather than consune more. Even if the manager had been let go, the current staff should do some diligence in phoning their clients to let them know what is going on with their belongings. In my opinion none of their excuses was really valid.
