Edgars sent me sms to go to the nearest store to collect a new card..their system was ofline an the one who was assist me said we are going to use a phone then we started calling no one answer from 11 0clock then I went outside for break and come back we called then someone answered then started to ask those questions and they said I failed they blocked my old card we called fraud line they unblock then we started the waiting process of no one answering the phone for new card they said they’ve sent otp but I don’t receive it then they can’t help me with a new card..but their the one who sent me sms to come an collect a new card..when I left edgars was something to three 0clock without help what so u call this??I’m a customer who will never come back to edgars anymore.
