I recently purchased an item from Decofurn, Silver Lakes. I felt the need to write a review in the hope that it helps Decofurn address minor service-related issues. Upon enquiring with the floor sales representative as to which chair would be recommended, based on our brief explanation, we were ‘waved’ towards the section with office desks and chairs and told that they’re all great chairs, we must basically just go look and decide. Maybe our expectation of some export advice was too much to ask. Upon collecting the chair a week later (as promised, thank you) the service from the cashier inside the store was less than helpful, being given my invoice back without any explanation as to what to do next (being a first-time customer we weren’t sure of the process). When asking her where to go she simply waved a circle above her head saying “just go outside” …
Not the greatest service of experience. Most of the demo unit office chairs we viewed were loose in some way (not portraying good quality products), but we decided (since we were there and were in a rush for a chair) to pick one of the more stable units we could find.
I hope this review is viewed by Decofurn management. The opportunity to provide some better service is there, the staff just seem highly lacking in enthusiasm.
