I asked if they could tell me the dimensions of an item. They didn’t have a measuring tape. I go home and fetch mine.
Come back and measure the item myself (because I wasn’t going to use the legs supplied with the item)
I am them for 2 drawers of the same type. Only 1 in stock. Mind you the special had been on for 1 day.
It was going to take 7 working days to order another.
I left. Wasted half a day of my weekend.

Expect a warehouse of cheap good-looking flat-pack type furniture.
The shop is the best Decofurn branch I’ve been to. It clean, and the furniture is well displayed and grouped. Assistants are around to help, but not pushy. It can take a while to get what you buy, but they put a lot of effort to allow you to check the product.
