Bought chairs, they are now 3 weeks late.
No communication, we keep having to phone them and then we get empty promises.
Their communication via phone call is also definitely not up to standard!!
Poor customer service overall!

I’m only in south africa for a limited time. Went into the store to order slip covers for my couches.I chose the material, explained what I needed, I need the weight of the covers, lead time so that I can make arrangements. I havnt heard anything it’s been more than 7 days. No one answers the phone either

Couch stared making this fluffy wool on the material. I was told i should cut it with a tool by them. That is there answer. No idea why they would sell this to me with this issue. Now i have paid for a product what was sold to me, but i am not getting what i paid for. So basically stealing my money. Nice business model coricraft. Keep it up.
