Customer service falling short. I was told the item I ordered is in stock and I will receive a call within a week. After almost 3 weeks I followed up with the store and was told the delivery date is another month away. When I asked why I was not informed about the change, I was just told the comments on the system states “customer is fully aware” so therefore according to them, I knew about it. The sales consultant continued to argue this point, unapologetically. I can understand a mistake and chance in timelines, but not communicating this (no email, no phone call) and then the audacity to argue ” the comment on the system says you know, so don’t tell us you don’t know” really upset me. Please train your staff in customer service, it’s desperately needed.
