They took 30 minutes to prepare my sandwich the lady was very incompetent and very rude as well as unprofessional, she then instructed me to gather my own spoons and salts while the other servers were doing it for the other customers, I’ve had a better experience at the Midstream one, this was very disappointing

They took 30 minutes to prepare my sandwich the lady was very incompetent and very rude as well as unprofessional, she then instructed me to gather my own spoons and salts while the other servers were doing it for the other customers, I’ve had a better experience at the Midstream one, this was very disappointing

Usisi decided that they only surve whites only . People of colour must collect their orders. What finished me is the shouting of the order chicken mayo come n take lapho it’s a sit in . To whites they smile bring the order n say have a good day 😂😂😂.to us Yho ai today futhi

Not good – I walked in and was ignored for 10 min – I even moved to a table that was more visible and was not approached. I finally lifted my hand – The waitress did apologise, but by then , I was hungry and dissapointed , I asked to speak to the manager – he was irritated by my remark that I was being ignored. Not impressive.

I work in the hospital,I ordered a taco and I waited for 2hours, I tried calling no one was picking up the phone,I went down to the shop,Leo the Manager was very rude instead of attending to my complaint he told me whether I wanted the food or not????He is very unprofessional and irritable most of the time, please sort this out, thank you!
