Me and my sister took a City to City bus today from Pretoria to Witbank and we had a very pleasant experience with the company. The staff were not only very friendly but they were also very helpful especially our driver. Our driver went out of his way to help all his passengers and he made sure everyone was safe wherever they needed to be dropped off. I will definitely recommend City to City.

Their service is horrible, number one in the front desk they don’t pay attention to detail, the driver to Malamulele does not even know that the bus has to go to Giyani first before Malamulele. I had a bad experience this morning whereby the driver turned me back to look for another bus saying the bus was not going to Giyani and the bus he sent me to was going to Elim, they must get their drivers some name tags. I had to go up and down in one area. The bus makes a lot of noise, seats are very dirty, the bus has dust inside, it does not have curtains….. It should be R150 not the price they charge. I don’t know whether they read the reviews or not but after all the bad reviews they don’t change their service and how the treat customers. I hate their service with all my heart I just didn’t have any other option because I didn’t want to use a taxi.

Ooooh woooooooow what a nice people, believe me if you never enjoy any of your trip, come try it with CITY BUG you’ll never regret it, and on top of that your baggage it’s safe too, i remember forgetting my toiletries bag , and when i called the office they were so friendly and they helped me to get back my bag, thank you CITY BUG keep up the good work, it’s so amazing traveling with you.. ????
