The meat/sosaties we bought were dry and didn’t taste the same as the other branches. There is a bad smell at the butchery. The ice cream we bought tasted if it was thawed and refrozen.

Good Morning I am a regular customer at the Brooklyn Checkers. On Saturday 2nd of September . I went for my regular shopping. When I got there, there was no trollies. I waited for 20 minutes. I then asked for a manager. Went to the manager. She just turned around and said I’ll be with you and walked off. I understand it was month end and didn’t mind waiting for a trolly. But surely if you are a manager you should be an example to others. I went back to the lady who directed me to the manager. I told her she was no help the lady dropped everything she was doing and said . How can I help, now that’s a manager. Disappointed.

You are all the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I hope no one ever asks you for help like I was willing to do and even tried. No thank you. Supervisors stand there and talk to each other while customers must do their job. If I could give you no stars I’d still minis 100
