I asked to help me set up a virtual sim and the lady demanded I paid first. Once I paid she said my phone was not compatible and that I could not be refunded for the sim I just bought. I paid R50 for the sim I cannot use. Pathetic…

We went to purchase a new sim and do a sim swap. The gentleman was rude and impatient and spoke without tact to the lady I accompanied there. He managed to perform the service needed however it was like he was frustrated with her for not knowing the terminology and asking for clarity on his questions. I was highly disappointed!! When one is in this kind of job one assumes that you may know more than the people you are speaking to.
