The Buy Shop is equipped with professional Staff but as for the Sales floor, its a different story, the staff isn’t helpful or responsive, No pricing or ticketing on products so you are likely to wait sometime as they query the price, We also noticed that customer’s parcels nor bags are not handled with care or securely last we had to leave the News Room Equipment Bag at the entrance although we explained what was inside the bag it was never handled with care, and the way its mostly packed its easy for a customer to flee away with a bag that doesn’t belong to them, The list is endless, at the Till Points they sometimes will have a chart while assisting customers which makes the que move slowly, lastly if a certain item is purchased , sometimes it remains on the display with its price tag for another walk-in customer to see.
