I enquired about a repair service on a product that was bought overseas and Rohic Ramparsad said that he would get back to me. Within a day he gave me feedback on the item and even suggested when I should bring it to the store, as to not have too wait for it to long. I delivered it to the store yesterday and again the service was very friendly and efficient!! Keep up the good work. My client experience was great!

Bought my first pair of hiking shoes. They had to order as they did not have my size in store. It arrived earlier than expected. The service was great, friendly staff. I’ll be visiting more often, as I was introduced to more products I might need in the near future???? it was great.
