Hi. On the 14 August 2023 I visited your branch in Mamelodi Stamaya road, so as I was making my way into the store just by the entrance there was two gentlemen (employees) chatting, as pass them and looking for someone who can assist me with a certain part I needed, so as I was looking is on employee by the name of Tendai so as I was trying to explain to him he then says I must talk to the two gentlemen who I passed chatting when I came into the store, he referred me to them while we are approaching them, then the employee by the name of MK was so rude, he was like why are you bringing this guy here while there’s people at back, I kept quiet and acted like like I didn’t hear anything, so finally he decided to to come and help me, so what really upset me is that while MK was busy assisting me so as trying to explain to him what I was looking for at the same time I called the plumber so he can verify with the plumber, I’m like MK you can talk to the plumber and verify with him, he gets irritated worse and says “jaaaa those ones are a problem they send you here why they don’t come themselves, so I’m like let me tell you something before i came I made a call to the store and the plumber spoke with someone on the phone to find out if do you have the part we looking for in stock and we were told is available and given the price, thats when he took the phone and spoke with the plumber in an inappropriate manner, “jaaa what do you want, which one, hey baba stop waisting time”. finally I got the part I went to pay, while I was waiting in a que so I asked myself what have I done to get such a terrible service, so it was my fault that I came to buy at this store? To make matters worse these two employees were just standing chatting, I would have understood if they were busy but no they were not. This is totally unacceptable, please talk to Mk and Tendai they’re not doing me a favor as a customer. Thank you. Regards Mr Matshika.
