Lentedag brings more than 15 000 festivalgoers together across five stages, with a wide-ranging line-up including Jeremy Loops, Van Pletzen, Focalistic, Shekhinah, Chunda Munki, Dwson, Kyle Cassim, Droomsindroom, and plenty of DJs and emerging acts. The Good Life Show Johannesburg

Moer 'n Boer Finale

Pretoria is set for a hard-hitting finale when Moer ’n Boer Season 3 takes over Heartfelt Arena on Saturday, 19 September 2026. After six months of MMA training, 20 boere will enter the cage for 10 fights, supported by four Versus MMA title bouts. The main card features Hannes Malan versus Henko Marais, Christiaan de Klerk versus Franco Venter, and JG Niemann versus Jannes “Buks” Snyman. Africa Aerospace and Defence Expo 2026

Pretoria’s skies will come alive when the Africa Aerospace and Defence Expo returns to Air Force Base Waterkloof for two public air-show days. Visitors can expect aerobatic displays, parachute drops, helicopter demonstrations, static aircraft, and military vehicles taking on the mobility track. The Youth Pavilion adds flight simulators, model building, virtual aviation, and other hands-on activities for younger visitors. Comic Con Africa 2026

Pretoria’s pop-culture fans have a good reason to head to Johannesburg this September as Comic Con Africa returns to the Johannesburg Expo Centre in Nasrec from 24–27 September 2026. Expect four action-packed days of cosplay competitions, gaming and esports, anime, comics, celebrity appearances, tabletop games, collectibles, and more than 200 creators in Artist Alley. The World’s Biggest Braai at Loftus Versfeld

Celebrate Heritage Day around the fire as Big Save brings the World’s Biggest Braai back to Loftus Versfeld for another official Guinness World Records attempt. At 10:00, 3,000 registered participants will begin braaiing simultaneously, with each braai ticket including wors, a roll or pap, an apron, tongs, and access to a pre-lit braai station. Once the record attempt is complete, the festivities continue with live performances from artists including Shekhinah, Matthew Mole, Zaan Sonnekus, and more, alongside food trucks, a beer garden, family zones, games, and brand activations.
