Homecoming Africa 2026

Homecoming Africa celebrates its tenth anniversary with a full day of music, culture, fashion, and festival energy at the Pretoria National Botanical Garden.

Born in Pretoria in 2016, the festival is marking the milestone by returning to the sounds, style, and colourful energy of the year it began. The anniversary edition combines that nostalgia with the artists and cultural voices shaping South Africa today, creating a meeting point between old memories and new festival moments.

Visitors can expect multiple stages, immersive environments, and performances from artists including Uncle Waffles, Zee Nxumalo, A-Reece, Blxckie, and Scotts Maphuma.

The festival is strictly for guests aged 18 and older, and identification must be presented at the entrance. Homecoming Africa is cashless, so only cards and contactless payments will be accepted. Hand-held umbrellas and empty cooler boxes containing sealed bags of ice are permitted, but outside food and drinks, glassware, gazebos, weapons, and professional cameras with interchangeable lenses are prohibited.

All official ticket phases are currently sold out. Visitors should be cautious of unofficial resale offers and check the organiser’s page for any additional ticket releases.
