Had a breakfast. Both bacon and patty were rubbery,eggs cold. Had better service for sure than what I have received there, forgot the sauces. The menu was very busy and could be simplified a bit more.

Changed from a 1 Star to a 5 Star Review!! 🥳🥳🥳 Now on my Recommended Places list, without a doubt! ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ On 8 November 2023, I had a horrid dining experience here. Decided to be graceful and give it a 2nd chance today, roughly 2 weeks later. Tried to slip in anonymously, but surprised by being greeted on my name by the duty manager, David! 😎 Wow, thanks!! I placed exactly the same order for my coffee; one of the other weekday coffee selections, so plunger coffee it is. Received it after a short wait…and the plunger wasn’t already depressed. 👏🏻 My son ordered a cappuccino, with a hazelnut syrup. He loved it so much, that a refill was ordered soon. I ordered the same Naked Pineapple Burger, with a side salad; instead of fries, as last time. I wrote about my healthy twist on the burger with a review of my experience at Wiesenhof, Makro Wonderboom (https://goo.gl/maps/tboB7GnxCA5nDJUt6). Where the presentation on my previous visit looked nothing like a burger; this time round, the waitron, Lerato, took the effort to listen, repeat back and it looked like the burger I expected, when it was served. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I understood that this is the level of service, the Wiesenhof Franchise is striving for, after a few conversations with their Brand Portfolio Manager, Brigid. I definitely experienced it, so please keep up the great service!!! ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Guys i don`t really do these type of things, but what happened to this place?? The service is not existent, there is so much waiters, but everybody seems to be very BUSY…. with what i don`t know… Also i know living costs went up, BUT my word this place is EXPENSIVE…

I did not enjoy my meal, don’t enjoy hard burned toast. They added spice on my chips without asking me if I want spice. I requested for extra milk in my tea, it’s either that the milk too weak or they add as little as possible then it makes the tea taste terrible. Not a happy customer. Staff at till a bit noisy
