I booked at this place with 2 of my friends on 27 May 2023. The receptionist who was african lady gave us really bad attitude, the owner really need to guide her regarding a warm weĺcome and accomodating guests. we were rushing to a show in SunBetArena, and upon our arrival we politely explained to her that we are in a hurry so wed like to check in take the keys and leave quickly. girl was very rude, telling us we need to listen to her before she goes to sleep (she wanted totell us about complimentary coffee (Ricoffy????) and that we must make sure we wash dishes if we use any???? and other really useless things that wasted our time as we were already late. Then when we came back there was no hot water in the shower. i struggled to sleep coz i was cold from a cold shower. theres no airconditiong or heater, no blankets offered. just duvet and a throw. in this winter???? the other single bed in room 10 is old and needs to go, my friend was falling from the bed coz its old and not in a good condition. the place was clean atleast. and the parking space that was offered to us was taken when we returned. I was not happy at all. 10 oclock on the dot she was at our door telling us its almost time for us to leave
