OMG WHAT A MESS!! The house is beautiful yet so poorly managed. We had initially booked the entire guest house to ourselves only to be overbooked with wild teenagers (we were hosting a formal event, imagine the chaos of having to share with ama 2000’s). The pool was dirty and windows looked like they haven’t been cleaned for years. They have nice white leather couches in the entertainment area but they too were dirty, makes you feel nervous sitting on them in your formal dress. Management & staff are definitely the worst experience as they are unfriendly and kept adding additional costs to our stay that didn’t make sense such as using the kitchen, making us pay for the rooms they had overbooked us for YOH it was just a mess! Definitely do not recommend this place!!

I won’t rate them cos they dont desrve it.bad attitude was our welcome on arrival there was no power it was dark.closet for fridge and tea station locked, beds hard and noisy not comfortable..no towels in bathrooms, cold water in room Palesa(6), i ddnt even bath/shower because of cold water no complementary toiletry in bathrooms, . kitchen no cutlery, plates nor pots but it is a so called self catering. Ovens dirty, paid R350 to use microwave without inner plate that is black inside looks like it once burst . Place not clean and not hygienic Angikho happy wanted to speak with owner was nowhere to be found. I want refund If you love yourself and wanna be happy find somewhere else…

This was highly disappointing. The rooms were dirty, especially the kitchen which they said it’s self-catering but later they wanted R600 for using their dirty microwave that doesn’t have the plate and looks like it once exploded????????. The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly, too much attitude. If you wanted to use the pool (which was dirty), they said you have to pay for that. I strongly discourage booking a stay there.

We booked but could not sleep because of the plank beds(very hard, more like a prison bed) even their coaches in the room has holes covered by linen they have, so we ended up going to another guest house. We realized an hour later of that, FOR them to refund us our money they refused and said they are taking 10% and they will only do it after 24 hrs. For the sake of our health we could not stay.
