I thought I’d try the chips, I was given a box of chips that was hardly lukewarm, definitely not fresh. Gave it back and left.

Dont waste your time , hard earned money or energy on this place!!!
Staff shut the door at 18h30pm and turn customers away. No trading hours available , but staff say theu close at 19h00pm?
I watched 10 patrons turned away by staff.
Fish portions tiny, inedible, Calamari is burnt and not edible.
Chips seriously Oily.
Food is really not nice .
What a waste of money and time ( waited 38 mins for a order for 3 ) .

Food is very very oily, you dont get tartare sauce with your big order, only afterwards they tell your the tartare Sause is R10, then when you get home the tartare sauce jars are dirty and everything is oily, this was the worst meal and to be honest the fish cakes was old or something, I dont like leaving bad reviews for any company but this was not good, o yes all the items comes in little with sachets, those sachets becomes soggy and oily, and if you did not pay for a bag before hand you will carry those items out of there with your hands

Thought we’d give this place a try but very dissapointed. Portion sizes are not bad but food is extremely oily and overcooked. The service was ok and friendly but to have 1 lady on the till on a Friday evening doesn’t make sense. Waiting times also not great and to still have to pay R1.50 for a plastic bag to carry my food is ridiculous. Also note if you want sauces and spice you do it yourself at the counter where people are paying etc not very hygienic. Sorry but won’t be back.

Chips were a little undercooked and fish greasy (they deepfry both), but the taste and flavor more than made up for it. Loved being able to put my own sauce and spices on the chips.
