Pleasant. Great location Comfy beds, loved the attached verandah and little tea/coffee table. The blankets were rough and scratchy..The room carpet needed cleaning, we had no electricity, then there was no water. The kettles in the rooms were filthy, hence unusable.

It’s not the best place for a long stay, good if transiting. The cost for the room does not include breakfast, the lodge does not provide free drinking water, there are no fridges in the rooms and there is not back-up for loadshedding. The big plus is that the staff are friendly and very welcoming.

Why is the actual price R2800 but on the internet nearly half of that?
No generator, fridge was off, tv & dish plugged out, its really frustrating searching around for electrical plugs to get these things working.
I’m staying at different accommodation on a weekly basis and your prices are nearly double in comparison to other hotels. Only the shower amazed me….

I didn’t feel that it was 4 star as advertised. The rooms are old and no backup power. Much improvement needed
