I was at steers mams mall, there was one person for orders and collection them I stepped out the line for self service ordering at 19:37 . The lady then came out the till leaving other customers to “assist me” . After paying she then told me my order no. Mind you I didn’t get the slip which I was okay with it. We waited for out food which was okay still but what got to me is how other customers were treated I think the cashier name was joice or something not quiet sure. The staff including the “supervisor ” or manager ( which when i later asked him if hes the manager he said no , then after said i can lay a complaint with him) were so disrespectful . It’s so heart breaking that he’s the one telling the staff that customers are crazy instead of leading by example. So getting back to my story after waiting for my order and everyone else being attended to before me I asked about my other and the cashier told me I don’t have a slip. That time they’re self service point is not taking out slips and she’s the one who told me my order number. I went on to express my feeling about their service and the “supervisor ” was just watching. Another lady who was making food was the only one polite enough to come all the way to the from to assist. The cashier went on to roll her eyes and insult me in front of order customers, she said she doesn’t have my time I have anger issues. As if that was not enough she then helped a guy who ordered after me of which it was exactly the same thing I ordered. The customer had to be the one refusing the order and told them to give me the order because I ordered 1st . It’s so sad that you have such staff working in your business.. and the manager is setting the worst example, please find better people for your customers I beg . Otherwise that 3.1 soaring star will never go any higher. Worst experience I’ve had and witnessed in my life .

The pits! On Thursday on this very busy festive period, they had only one cashier and kitchen person. Jerrr the frustration that comes with their service is unspeakable. Like literally they dont give t rat boot for your time. This is not the first time I experienced their nonsenae service but I wantes to give them chance. See me there kill me🚮

Very very bad restaurant,2 days ago I ordered mega cheese and bacon Duo which the burger was supposed to be 2 according to the menu instead i was given 1.when I do follow up They didn’t bother to help me until I compliant on their customer complain line still didn’t get help in fact the lady of their customer care line was even worse instead of helping me she cut my line to transfer.i am very disappointed that i used my money to them since they didn’t value my money.yohh 🚮🚮🚮steers your restaurant has no service shem
