Thabiso service was amazing ! He offered me a pup cup for my little fur babby free of charge even though i was willing to pay for it ???? i didnt even know they do a puppachino !!! 10/10

Starbucks is celebrity coffee, but proof is in the puddding, there is sooo much better coffee outthere. People are friendly and service good. Just wish the coffee was better…

The guy, JORI was amazing. So passionate about his job. Even recommended i try a different drink. As the one i ordered initially is terrible/too strong. He’s amazing

My son insisted on me walking to Starbucks as he wanted a drink from them. I walked to them at about 7.55 only to find the doors open and I was told that I could not be assisted as systems were out of. I knew it was before 8 and asked them what is the time a response was please look on your phone ;-). The lady that works there was handling this perfectly fine. Only for the “manager” Timothy to walk up to me with his hands in his pockets and make the situation worse. The lady was chatting to my son and nicely explaining that they can’t assist – he rudely turns to her and tells her to keep quiet. At this point I get even more irate and lose my cool with him. Timothy is useless and does not deserve to run a shop like Starbucks – no wonder why this Starbucks is rated so low.

The shop is very pretty and has a nice setting , but I will not support again . The lady at the till was so unpatient even though the shop was empty and she was also rude (she had an attitude) When I got my order she put in so much caramel that I did not even drink quarter of my cup , because it made me nauseous. I would rather drive to Menlyn’s Starbucks before going to Irene Mall again.
