Q Always when I pick up order from roman's they're mixed up and they make you wait till you can't.some stuffs are rude and also their manager is not legit when coming to delivery people

We entered at 11 to get some desert apple & cinnamon pies. The service was at least pretty fast. But my grandmother found the surprise in the picture we are not sure what it is but it is definitely not appetizing. We are on our way back to the Romans now. Edit: They returned our money. The manager said that they fumigated the night before so now the bugs are running around that is why it fell in the food served to us.

At 6pm I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery to Kilnerpark. after an hour I called and enquired about my delivery, which apparently was on it’s way. however after 75 minutes I called the manager who first asked me if my cell number were correct, then asked if I asked for delivery (I always do hence my address being on the system!) I received my delivery only at ±19H25.., and then one of the orders had the wrong topic on! I m very disappointed as this has never happened before!! what is going on?
