Ordered 3 Pizzas for delivery on the website @ 18:11 Order #308. Phoned @ 20:17 only response I got was that “it’s still in the oven”. Phoned again @ 20:17 “driver is on the way”. 20:30 received pizza, ordered Thick Base, got Thin Base. Use to be a good dependable place to order Pizza, not so much anymore. I’ve ordered from them every Friday for the last 3 years…

I find your customer service totally pathetic at your South Downs branch. Poor communication and no accountability when they make mistakes. I orders 4 pizzas at 17:30, at 19:20 I’m still waiting for a delivery. When I phone the store, your customer service representative confirmed that the pizzas are still at the shop, I then speak to a “manager” and he said that the pizzas are on its way. Poor service, mixed communication and a customer without any food! I will NEVER use your branch at South Downs again!
