I’m so disappointed and pissed about the poor service I got from ths shop Rochester wonder park…The stuff working seems like they don’t know what they do, very incompetent. I’ve been waiting for my delivery for two weeks now….and they want to deliver the couches at night like who does that on earth #$$$? I will never buy from these shop again and never recommend a person to buy from it…

DO NOT BUY FROM ROCHESTER WONDERPARK!!! I bought couches (2 seater and 3 seater) that were on special going for R19 995.00 and I paid cash 2 weeks ago on a Sunday. On delivery the following Monday I noticed that the couch didn’t fit in my unit so I told the sales person (Zanele) that I would like to return it and it was collected by the delivery guys the same day. On Tuesday I called them asking what the process from there was since I wanted to replace the couch with an occasional chair, she ignored my texts (Zanele) and I called the store and they kept on referring me back to her and she kept on sending me back and forth. 2 weeks later I still don’t have answers I’m calling the shop everyday with no assistance but they took my money.

Horrible horrible service I definitely wish I’d read the reviews before I gave these useless people my money. The staff is beyond incompetent and either full of lies or they have no clue what they are doing. Bought a table Thursday and was told it would be delivered Friday. Friday I spent all day home waiting for the table constantly being told “later later” it didn’t come. After I called called the woman who assisted us in buying (Zanele) promised to call in the morning, she didn’t. Not only are they telling me to basically cancel my day to wait for this table YET AGAIN, they are also telling me about “maybe” Monday after I SPECIFICALLY MADE IT CLEAR upon purchase that I have something going on Sunday. How am I supposed to host a dinner party with no dinner table?
