I did not have a great experience dealing with this shop. I wanted to sell a few of my retro, vintage and antiques collections. Of all the stores that I contacted, Retro Rabbit took the longest to respond. After the store received and looked at the pictures sent via Whatsapp, I was left in the dark. The store did not reply with a thank you, or I will get back to you. Instead I was left to wonder… Until the next morning that is. To me this is either arrogant, ignorance is just bad manners. Client comes first, customer service should be a company’s first priority. More so for struggling smaller companies. Its the small things that brings success and sets you apart.
