We went and ordered a pizza today and waited for over two hours while watching people get in and order and getting their orders in front of us when we asked they said they forgot about our order twice after getting our order it was just dough and cheese with two bits of meat there and there….im very disappointed in the horrible service and the order we got after paying 199 for our pizza!!!

The most horrible experience. We placed an order around 18:40. We went there to collect it at 19:30 and the order wasn’t ready. At 19:45 I complained about my order taking long and they said it’s in the oven. To cut the long story short, everyone who ordered after me received their orders and I was still waiting for mine. At around 20:35 we asked for a refund and we left the store without our food.

This is the second time we order from Jean Ave and we end up with the wrong order. Today was worst because their selected replacement was pork. We don’t eat pork! Couldn’t return the pizza as we’d have return the while order and we were hungry. And then you can’t even tell the double cheese from the chicken
